Cancellation Policy:-
Webadis do follow a transparent and no fuss cancellation policy. Here are the terms of the Policy, please do read carefully: All cancellation request should be sent to our billing department or communicated to our Account Manager through a written communication (Email or WhatsApp) with the proper cause. The cancellation will not be valid until it is confirmed by the respective department.

Payment Policy:-
Payment for all of our services must include GST. The GST amount of the total services (18%) along with 50% service charge should be paid in advance. Remaining 50% will be paid depending the nature of service as mention below- In case of website designing 50% + 18% = 68% payment should be paid on advance before the projects started, remaining 50% will be paid after providing a demo and before updating to server. In case of Google ads, Facebook ads, SEO 50% payment should be made in advance & the remaining amount as per contract. In case of large projects – Please note, there will be no consideration on payment if one finalised. If any circumstances occurred due to any manmade fault, client should provide time to Webadis to find the solution. Any modification might be chargeable depending on the work should reflect on the final invoice.
Refund Policy:-
Due to the nature of its services, Webadis do not guarantee any refunds upon cancellation. In case of monthly payment, it is understood that payment for next month is released only after reviewing the current month’s performance. We do not make any guarantee on the basis of traffic/ranking/sales etc, and will not be held responsible for any refunds claims thereof. Although full refund request should be considered if the request generated within 3hours of the advance payment. No requests should be considered after the project get started. In case of Google ads, Facebook ads, SEO there is no refund of advance payment if the team works for a single day on the same.
